Returns Policy & Guarantee

  1. Refunds

1 All refunds due to you will be made using the same method used by you when paying for the Goods, unless you have requested an exchange. You will be refunded the price paid for the Goods, subject to the following limitations and deductions:

  1. a) Any original delivery fees.

2 All refunds due to you will be made as soon as possible. If you are exercising your right to change your mind under the cooling-off period, We will issue your refund within 14 calendar days of:

  1. a) The day on which We receive the returned Goods;
  2. b) The day on which you inform Us (supplying evidence) that you have sent the Goods back (if this is earlier);
  3. c) If We are collecting the Goods, the day on which you inform Us that you wish to cancel and end the Contract; or
  4. d) If We have not yet provided an Order Confirmation or have not yet dispatched the Goods, the day on which you inform Us that you wish to cancel and end the Contract.


In accordance with the EU Distance Selling Directive, you are entitled to cancel your order at anytime within 14 days of receiving your non-bespoke goods. The cancellation period ends on the expiry of the period of 14 working days beginning with the day after the day on which the you received the goods. If you wish to cancel an order under these terms, first contact us and then return your products unopened within 14 days of receiving your parcel.

Unfortunately, as many of our products are provided on a made-to-order basis, we cannot accept returns of products that have been unpackaged and worn unless there is a fault with the product, or it has not been manufactured to your specification.

The cost of delivery for a return is the responsibility of the customer.
